By submitting a design to GR Design Studio, you warrant
and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee
of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, service
mark, trade name, trademark, logo, portrait, graphic, artwork,
statement, photograph, picture or illustration of
any person or any other intellectual property included
in such design.
Further you warrant and represent that no part
of the design:
(1) is the subject of any notice of such infringement you
have received;
(2) violates or infringes upon any common law or statutory
right of any person or entity, including, but not limited
to, rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, contract
rights, moral rights or rights of public performance;

Over/Underruns:
Although every effort is made to get you the exact
quantity you’ve ordered. Many suppliers reserve
the right to overrun or underrun up to 10%, &
bill accordingly. If you require an exact quantity,
you should note it at the time you order.
Acceptable File Formats for Disks

You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit,
or proceeding brought against GR Design Studio which relates
to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design
infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright,
trademark, or other right of any third party, provided that
GR Design Studio gives you written notice of any such claim
and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance
as you may require in the
EPS—The file must have
all fonts converted to outlines. This should be
a vector file. A vector file is resolution-independent—that
is, it can be scaled to any size and printed on
any output device at any resolution without losing
its detail or clarity. Don’t import Photoshop
or Corel Draw files into Illustrator (see below
on how to send those files).
AI – Illustrator 10 or
below
CDR—All Corel Files must
be Vector file (no imported pictures).
TIFF—Save all Photoshop
files as a TIFF. These files should be scanned at
600 dpi or greater and sent as a one color file.
If the logo has multiple colors the client must
supply the file as black & white with the color
separations already done or additional charges may
incur. A color composite must be provided with client’s
purchase order
defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed
against GR Design Studio pursuant to such a suit or proceeding.
Further, you agree to indemnify and hold GR Design Studio
harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage
(including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees
and costs) associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.
All items shown on this web site containing
corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only
to demonstrate logo reproduction capabilities. Purchase
of merchandise from GR Design Studio in no way grants
you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer,
grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks
to you.

Combing Through Catalogs or Throwing Random Promotional
Products At Your Audience, You’re Wasting More
Than You Think!
Unacceptable Artwork/Text Files:
Faxes or copies of faxes, photocopies, photographs,
slides, transparencies, letterheads, business cards,
laser art printed with a resolution of 600 dpi or less,
actual products, or any other art that needs to be touched
up, color separated or made one color. Text files from
word processing files such as Word, Power Point or Word
Perfect cannot be used.
Hard Copies:
A hard copy must be faxed or included with your order
to ensure accuracy. All orders where artwork is in question
will be placed on hold pending artwork approval.
Mailed orders should include purchase
order & hard copy of the artwork.
Payment:
Payment is expected at the time you place your order
unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept check, money order, visa, or MC.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping will be via the most cost effective method,
FOB factory. GR Design bills for actual shipping charges.
Therefore shipping charges may be billed separately
from products.
